Sculptural “Scimitar” Dining Set in Burgundy Bouclé
Dining set manufactured by Eurosteel, designed in the style of Boris Tabacoff, Belgium, 1970's. This suite includes five chairs and one glass-top table, all sharing the signature cantilevered "Scimitar" chrome-plated steel bases.
The chair shells have been stripped and newly covered in a bordeaux Smilla Stretch bouclé by Mario Sirtori. The chrome surfaces exhibit vintage patina, including pitting and areas of oxidation. The original glass top displays cosmetic wear and visible scratches.

These examples have been reupholstered in a velvety, raspberry-toned, 100% organic fabric by Mario Sirtori (Collection One). The upholstery features button-tufting on the backrest and armrests.
